Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our Center hours are: Monday-Friday 8AM-7:30PM Sat 9AM-7PM Sun 9AM-5PM

Q. Must I make an appointment for any services you offer? (such as physicals?)
A. All services are provided on a walk-in basis

Q. Will you communicate with my personal physician regarding my visit?
A. If needed to provide the best possible care, we will contact your personal physician. With your signed consent, we will release your medical record to your physician.

Q. Will you bill my insurance plan for me?
A. Yes. Please note that patients are responsible for any copayments at the time services are rendered. Any balance after insurance has paid are the patient's responsibility.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards

Q. What if I do not have insurance?
A. Services are not refused based upon an individual's inability to pay for services.

Q. What insurances does your office accept?
A. We accept many insurances. Please call any of our Health Centers to obtain current information regarding insurances which are accepted.

Q. How can I obtain a copy of my medical records?
A. Complete a signed records release and we will copy and release the records as requested.

Q. How do you protect the privacy of a patient's visit?
A. St Vincent's Immediate Healthcare Centers take careful steps to protect the privacy of our patients.
